My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in Political and Public Communication and a master’s in Human Resources.
Working in recruitment for some of the world’s largest companies gave me valuable insight into the job market—but I soon realized my true calling was to support people on a deeper, more personal level. That’s when I decided to follow my passion and study psychology.
I went on to complete a degree in Business Psychology, earn a coaching certification, and undergo both basic and advanced training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. This unique blend of academic knowledge, corporate experience, and therapeutic expertise allows me to provide well-rounded, practical guidance—especially for those navigating career transitions.
