During this session we will speak about your end goals and how to achieve them. We will explore what you like, what not so much, what are you good in and and what makes going to work really hard. I will create a space where you will be able to reflect of you competences, on your desires and values. Based on this, we will together think how to set up a plan to achive your goal. I don’t have a set plan or an agenda, because every person and every story is diffrent. And sometimes you can come with one idea and ou can walk out with the other.

Each CV that you send, should be tailored. Before the session, you will send me your CV and examplary job opening you wish to apply. We will together go through the priciples of creating CV and showcasting your competencies. After the session, you will send me updated version and I will review it.
You can also book a separate meeting for your linkedin brandbuilding, where we will review your profile and I will support you with marketing and branding techniques to get visibility on your profile, either to find a job, or grow your business.

You will come to the session with a job description of a role you have applied or would like to apply. We will go over your competencies, your experience and in what manner you speak about yourself. We will go over the principles of STAR and I will be asking you tricky questions and supporting to answer them.
