Being neurodivergent is not a superpower. Nor is it a handicap. It’s a multidimentional way of how people have been built. With all the glorious days of creativity, thinking outside of the box, pattern recognition crisis management… And all the horrible days of executive disfuntion, when writing an email seems impossible and tasks give only anxiety, when eating and drinking is a chore, when emotions cannot be controlled. Seeing just one side, is not seeing the full picture of neurodivergent people.
I have been in good and in bad days. I have suffered a lot to find my way through the finding a job, fighting imposter syndrome and building on my strenghts. And playing corporate game. I can support you with that too.
